This new camping website for 2009 from the team at Campsite Directory will be bringing you some of the features campsites in the directory which are for adults only. We currently include two adult only campsites in Devon, Woodland Springs Touring Park and Campsite in central Devon in the Dartmoor National Park and Widdicombe Farm

Devon is situated in the South West of England and adjoining counties next to Devon include Somerset, Dorset and the Duchy County of Cornwall. Devon is England's third largest county with nearly 7,000 sq. kilometres of land.

Devon contains the two natural parks that are great for adults that love walking and hiking as part of the camping holiday. Exmoor and Dartmoor, plus a host the coastal towns and seaside resorts on two coast lines often referred to as North Devon and South Devon.

Adults can particularly enjoy Devon's host of picturesque villages with their thatched cottages and charming historic inns, and a variety of ancient history. There is a lot to see and enjoy in the beautiful county of Devon.

A very popular destination for adult only camping and touring caravanning Devon also has a host of Holiday Parks that also rent static caravans and mobile homes.

Woodland Springs Campsite & Touring Park (Central Devon)

In central Devon in the North part of the Dartmoor National Park near Exeter is Woodland Springs Campsite & Touring Park. Woodland Springs is a excellent camping base to explore the beauty of the Dartmoor National Park.

Woodland Springs Touring Park and Campsite is close to the local towns of Venton, Whiddon Down, Crockernwell, Drewsteignton, Easton, Murchinton, Gidleigh and Wonson.

Woodland Springs is open all year round so is also a great site to visit outside the main camping season. Woodland Springs accepts Touring Caravans, Motorhomes, and Tents but does not accept American style RVs due to their size.

Surrounded by farm and woodland there are some great walks directly from the campsite which has a new toilet block and shower block with disabled facilities.

Dogs and pets are welcome at Woodland Springs but should be kept under control and on a lead while on site.

Woodland Springs also has a small shop and off licence and fresh bread is baked on site to order for morning collection.

Wifi is now available on site at Woodland Springs.

Widdicombe Farm Campsite and Touring Park is situated in South Devon in Marldon, Paignton South Devon.

Towns and villages near Widdicombe Farm include Torbay, Barton, Totnes, and Newton Abbot.

Widdicombe Farm Campsite and Touring Park is based on a 120 acre working farm, has a shop on site and restaurant.

Most breeds of dog are welcome on site video above is just a sample of what's to come. We will shortly be bringing you adult only campsites from around the UK.

Open from March to October Widdicombe Farm is a great place to explore South Devon during the main camping season.

Widdicombe accepts Touring Caravans, Tents and Motorhomes. Super pitches are available and the sites has good facilities including disabled facilities.
